November 17, 1962 - February 27, 2020
Sandra Dee Palmer Bodrero passed away on February 27, 2020 at the age of 57 after a short but courageous battle with an internal infection. She was born on November 17, 1962 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Delano and Rennae Kofford Palmer. Sandra loved crafting, cooking, fishing, camping, and spending time with family and friends. She loved kids and kids loved her. She always had fun activities planned for the kids at gatherings and at her daycare to make sure that they had fun and enjoyed their time there. She did everything at 200 percent and was a great party host. She made every guest feel like they were the most important person there. Everyone was welcome. She could instantly connect with others and make them feel at ease. Mourning is one of the deepest expressions of pure love. The only way to take sorrow out of death is to take love out of life and Sandra exuded love. She taught us how to treasure family and thoroughly enjoy every minute of every day. She was such a happy spirit, spunky, clever, and outgoing. Her laugh was contagious, and she loved making new friends and building relationships with others. She was a great example of determination, passion, and hard work. She was the best person to confide in, seek advice from, and to chat with for hours. Sandra was a dedicated wife, mother, grandma, sister, and friend. Sandra found and married her soulmate, Glenn on September 19th 2003. She is survived by Glenn Bodrero, their 6 combined children, numerous brothers, sisters, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and too many friends and family to mention. There will be a viewing on Tuesday March 3 for immediate family with cremation to follow. Sandra's Celebration of Life will be Saturday March 7 from 11 am to 2 pm at the Jordan Event Center (9112 South Redwood Road West Jordan, Utah 84088. It will be an open house and a light luncheon will be provided. Sandra's memory will forever shape us as life goes on, and we will always keep her kindness and love in our hearts.
