Melissa Hanako Perritt

Melissa Hanako Perritt, 41, passed away on July 28, 2020 at her home in Sandy, Utah.

Melissa was born on December 27, 1978 in Torrance, California to Frank and Lorraine Perritt. Melissa attended school in Culver City, then attended College at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. Some of the things Melissa enjoyed doing were reading, knitting, video games and Oragami's. She also found interest in sports; her favorites being baseball, football, and soccer. Melissa also loved to travel.

She worked at the University of Utah for 5 years. Her last function was operation registrar, and was constantly helping her staff. Melissa was flexible and had the ability to work in harmony with co-workers as she was eager and willing to add to their knowledge and skills.

Melissa is survived by her mother, Lorraine Perritt, father, Frank Perritt, sister, Cindy Wells, nieces, Vanessa, Julie, Natalee, and Rebecca, Nephews, Travis, and Uncle Harold Kattaka.

Melissa is Preceded in death by, Brother Paul Wells, Grandpa and Grandma Susumi, and Margaret Kattaka.
